Why should I rent?

We understand that while planning a wedding or large event comes with a ton of excitement, it also comes with some financial burdens and a lot of planning. We believe that renting offers you the benefits of saving money by not buying something brand new, avoids taking up space in your home, you don't have to deal with the hassle of selling the items when the event is over, and is also more environmentally sustainable!

When should I plan to have my rentals booked?

We recommend booking our larger decor items or chairs 6-12 months in advance if there is something you really want. 

How do I rent from The Curated Rental Co.?

We try to make it very simple! Simply browse our inventory and packages to put together a list of what you like. Complete and submit our online Rental Request form. This form asks all the questions we need answered in order to provide you with a quote! Once we confirm availability, we will respond with a quote or any questions we may have within 3-4 business days. If you would like to reserve the items, a 50% deposit will be collected in order to hold your date. Balance will be due 1 week prior to the event. 

What method of payment do you accept?

We currently only accept cash, cheque or E-transfer for payment.

Is your complete inventory on your site?

Yes, we are diligent with adding every piece to the site as soon as we have it. 

What happens if something is damaged or lost?

A damage deposit is required for each item rented. The specifics are outlined in our rental agreement.

Can we view your inventory in-person?

Yes, we have a storage site just west of Stony Plain where we can meet you to view any pieces in-person if you wish!

How long do I get my rentals for?

Rental time will be agreed upon at the time of booking based on the client's needs. We can offer a couple hours, full day, two day etc.

Do you help with set-up/takedown services?

We will help your vision come to life by assisting with setup on any of the items you are renting from us, same goes for takedown. If you need to be out of your venue by a certain time please let us know so we can plan accordingly and come early for teardown of our items.
