Our Policies & Procedures

At The Curated Rental Co, we strive to make your rental experience as smooth and seamless as possible. To ensure everything runs smoothly, please review our policies and procedures below:

1. Rental Agreement

All rentals are subject to a signed rental agreement. This document outlines the terms, conditions, and expectations for the rental process. Please review the agreement carefully before confirming your reservation.

2. Reservations & Deposits

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your items.

• The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event date.

• Payments can be made via E-transfer, cash or cheque.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 14+ days prior to the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.

• Cancellations within 14 days of the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 7 days of the event.

4. Delivery & Setup

• Delivery and pickup times are coordinated with you in advance. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery location during these times.

• Setup and installation is available for an additional fee (when not booking a package), depending on your needs and event size.

5. Condition of Items

• All items must be returned in the same condition they were delivered. Any damage or loss will incur a replacement fee or repair fee, as outlined in the rental agreement.

• Please do not attempt to clean or repair the items yourself.

6. Liability

• The Curated Rental co. is not liable for any injury, damage, or accidents that may occur during the event involving our rental items.

• It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure proper usage and handling of all items.

7. Insurance

• We recommend that you carry event insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, such as weather delays, accidents, or damage.

8. Availability & Substitutions

• Items are subject to availability. If any rented items are unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will substitute them with similar items of equal or greater value.
